Wrong Will Always Be Wrong

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! Mine was quiet but, we were just so blessed this year by friends and family it is amazing.
I have been thinking about this for a while because this topic seems to come up a lot lately.
Therapy Quotes to Make You Think | Flourish n Thrive Counseling:

In this day and age things are changing. It is now okay to have a child before marriage, even abort it. It is okay that people don't want to be the gender they are so they change it. Most kids have divorced parents in there life. Swearing is apparently really cool even in church. As far as I know, all of that is wrong. It is all sins. Just because so many people do it and say it is okay and right, it isn't right. God made rules and we can't just change them to please us. Right and wrong have never changed and never will. Humans are unperfect and they try to make themselves seem perfect or just cool. So don't listen to them, listen to God and God only. And always obey Him.

This post isn't about hate, just that sin has always been wrong so don't start agreeing with it because it is now "cool".
God bless you all!

We Got What We Needed

MERRY CHRISTMAS! I did write this post yesterday because I didn't want to write it on Christmas day.

If we needed education, God would have sent us a teacher. If we needed technology, God would have sent us a scientist. If we needed money, God would have sent us a economist. What we needed was forgiveness so God sent us a Saviour. Jesus didn't just come to be a baby, but to grow up and to fulfill the promise that God said a long time before that. He came to die for our sins. He, being God, came as a perfect sacrifice to die for our filthy sins. No gift will ever be as amazing as what God gave us. All you have to do is accept the gift. Believe what God did for YOU!
God bless you all,

Christmas is tomorrow! Like, this is really happening wow. I am excited in case you couldn't tell. You guys only get one more song, that is kind of sad.

We started this countdown with him, we will end this countdown with him. Merry Christmas Baby is just a fun song it makes you want to dance. Hunter of course has to show off his guitar skills which always blow my mind.
So have a great Christmas Eve, don't go shopping because the stores will be packed, and God bless you all,

God's Will Is Best

Because Christmas is tomorrow I guess I should do a real Christmas post. It took a lot of thought and I finally came up with something.

26 Now in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth, 27 to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David. The virgin’s name was Mary. 28 And having come in, the angel said to her, “Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!”
29 But when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and considered what manner of greeting this was. 30 Then the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. 31 And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bring forth a Son, and shall call His name Jesus. 32 He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. 33 And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end.”
34 Then Mary said to the angel, “How can this be, since I do not know a man?”
35 And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God. 36 Now indeed, Elizabeth your relative has also conceived a son in her old age; and this is now the sixth month for her who was called barren. 37 For with God nothing will be impossible.”
38 Then Mary said, “Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word.” And the angel departed from her.
Luke 1:26-38

I want to become more like Mary. Not all of us think about it but, she was amazing. It is believed she was no older than 14, going to get married soon, and all of a sudden this angel tells her she is expecting not just any baby but the Messiah. I am surprised she didn't laugh when Gabriel said she was going to have a baby. I would have like, good joke. I am a virgin buddy but, no she listened and accepted it. She was brave. She was so obedient to God's will.
Sometimes, I would just rather not do God's will and just do mine instead but she knew His was better. She probably would have rather gotten married to Joseph first and then have a baby. I would have because it doesn't look good to be pregnant without a husband. God's plans are always better even if it might not seem like it. They always turn out when you leave it to Him. He created you and He loves you enough that He will always choose what is just right for you. We are to be His servants just like Mary said, “Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word.”. Because if Mary can give birth to the Messiah, still a virgin, and only 14, then we can do what God wants us to do. He will never tell you to do something that isn't right. All you have to do is listen to Him, do as He says, and lean on Him. God knows what He is doing.

Merry Christmas to you all and God bless everyone,

Okay, Christmas is coming way to fast. I am so excited for it though my goodness.

So for today's song I chose Run, Run, Rudolph by Mr. Luke Bryan. This song is just so much fun and makes ya want to dance. Plus, Luke when singing a good song, sounds great!
So there is your song for today!
God bless you all,

Jesus Does The Miracles, Not People

I was listening to a radio station today and the DJ was talking about how Mother Teresa was going to become a saint next year because she had performed two miracles. Both were saving people from some disease. What is funny is that the miracles were performed 5 years after her death and it was her picture that performed it. Well I hate to break it to ya but, she didn't do that miracle.
The only one that perform miracles is God. No human has any miracle power in them. God might use people to perform the miracle but it isn't from that person. It doesn't matter if the miracle is big or small, it is from God. He might help you when you are a little short in money or by taking away the cancer that the doctors don't know what to do with.

Great is our Lord, and abundant in power; his understanding is beyond measure.
Psalm 147:5

God is all powerful. Humans are not because we are not perfect in the least bit.
Yes there is miracles still today but, they aren't performed by humans and it doesn't matter who says what. Miracles are performed by God to draw us closer to Him and to show His great power.
I hope that made sense!
God bless you all

7 Days To Christmas

ONE WEEK TODAY IS CHRISTMAS! Wow! Tonight at our church is the Christmas play, Sunday I am doing worship for church, then before I know it, Christmas.

God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen is another great older one and Rascal Flatts does a good job at it. I love how it just points right to Jesus. Because that is what this great holiday is all about. What a precious gift we got.
Give it  a listen, make sure you get ready for Christmas because it is coming quick, and stay warm.
God bless you all,

8 Days To Christmas

I just noticed that I totally messed up on my other post! It is now 8 days until Christmas. Sorry, that is what happens when you are homeschooled.

What Child Is This is like my favorite original Christmas song. Brad does it so good and I just love it. I don't know if you have all noticed or not but so far my songs have been by only country stars and I am planning to keep it that way.
Give it a listen because he does it really beautifully.
God bless you all!

9 Days To Christmas

It is only eight days until Christmas now! I still need to buy presents for my parents, uh oh. It doesn't help when they are my ride everywhere.
Here is the song for today.

My family doesn't understand why I love this song but, I just do. Like, who doesn't want a hippo?
I didn't want to share the original one with you guys because everyone knows that one so I went with miss Leann Rimes. You can understand what she is saying more as well.
So, give it a listen. If it annoys you to no end then turn it off. I am just weird sorry guys.
God bless you all and say Merry Christmas to everyone!

10 Days to Christmas

Are you all almost ready for Christmas? It is coming up so quick like, just slow down time!
This idea just came to me which is annoying because I should have started 3 days ago. So you all know about the 12 days to Christmas giveaways and stuff like that. Well, how about I do a song countdown? If you answered yes to that good because that is what I am doing, if you said no, I am sorry but that is what I am doing.
The first song I chose comes from the one and only, Hunter Hayes. If you haven't heard about him yet from reading my blog you need to read closer.

Thank you to the person you video taped this. It is such good quality. Even though I hate this song, I can't help but love this version because Hunter sang it. Hunter definitely needs to make a Christmas CD because that would just be awesome.
Give it a listen unless you don't like Hunter which should be a crime but everyone to their own opinions.
God bless you all!

Be Open With God

Hey y'all! Doing well I hope. Christmas is coming soon, I better start thinking of a good Christmas post but for now, this will do.
So last night I was in bed thinking, I am not that open with too many people. I have two friends that I can really talk to but that is about it. Then there is this other person that I thought of that I don't always remember about.
In my distress I cried to the Lord,
And He heard me.
Psalm 120:1
The Lord is far from the wicked,
But He hears the prayer of the righteous.
Proverbs 15:29
The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,
And His ears are open to their cry.
Psalms 34:15
Yes, it is God. He is the one you can always be open with. Jesus died to save your sins, but also when He died the veil of the temple was torn and it made a open access to God. Children of God can talk to Him anywhere, anytime now. You can bring any burden, anything that makes you happy, sad, anything. You can thank Him for your food and you can ask Him to keep you safe on your drive to work. He will listen, and He will answer. He may not answer in the way you want but He will answer. Because if He can create the world in 6 days, yes 6 days not 2 million years, He can help you with your problem. He can solve the unsolvable. Plus, He loves to hear your prayer about anything. God didn't make prayer for it to just sit around but so that we can use it. So take advantage of it. God won't get bored of hearing cries and thanksgivings. People aren't always available or trustworthy, but He is.
God bless you one and all, keep being awesome, and share your thoughts with God all the time!

A New Marriage

Hello my dear followers. Okay that just sounds weird so we will go with, hey guys! Happy Sunday even though when you read this it will probably be a different day.
I wanted to post this when I learnt about it but, it hasn't worked out. This is from youth group last Friday and I would like to share it with all of you.

Or do you not know, brethren (for I speak to those who know the law), that the law has dominion over a man as long as he lives? For the woman who has a husband is bound by the law to her husband as long as he lives. But if the husband dies, she is released from the law of her husband. So then if, while her husband lives, she marries another man, she will be called an adulteress; but if her husband dies, she is free from that law, so that she is no adulteress, though she has married another man. Therefore, my brethren, you also have become dead to the law through the body of Christ, that you may be married to another—to Him who was raised from the dead, that we should bear fruit to God. For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions which were aroused by the law were at work in our members to bear fruit to death. But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter.

Romans 7:1-6
In verses 1-3 it gives the description of a woman, she is married to a man. That man dies, she is no longer under his rule nor authority. She then gets married to a new man. She is now under his authority and rule. That is the same with us and God. We are first under the law of sin. It is what we live for. But as soon as we believe in what Jesus did for our sin, sin dies in your life and you are under God's law.  (Verses 4-6) You live for Him. Your desires and ways of life change. We don't want nor need to live for sin anymore. We live for God. We still sin because aren't perfect in anyway, but we should be better and getting better than we were before because Jesus changes us. He changes us to make us more like Him everyday. And the more we are like Him, the more we bear fruit, character, for Him. We should be sinning a little less everyday. We should be doing more things for God and not for us everyday. Everyone should be able to notice the difference in you, you should see the difference in yourself. Because if you aren't changing, you should be asking yourself if you really are a Christian. The old way of life shouldn't be appealing anymore.
Let Jesus transform you every single minute. Don't let sin rule in your life.
God bless y'all, keep being awesome!

Keep Livin' For Jesus

Hey you guys, staying warm? Oh sorry, that is only us in Alberta.
So last night my mom and I went to Bible study at the youth pastor's house. We are going through Philippians and we read this verse.
Do you always live a life totally pleasing to God? Is it always showing others that you are a Christian by how you live? The answer is no. None of us can live absolutely perfect but, it doesn't mean we shouldn't strive and work to live more like Jesus. Because the more you live like Him the better you will get at it. You will never get to the mark but you will get closer to the mark. Then when others talk about you, they should be talking about your love for Jesus. They should be talking about how you are always living for him. Whether it be good or bad words about you, if they know you love Jesus by your life you are doing good.
And with this life that you live for God, stand firm with it. Stand for what you believe in, everyone has heard that. It is easy to say but doing it is a different topic. Not everyone will love you for loving Jesus. Not everyone will have nice things to say about you. But don't let them drag you down. Not everyone loved Jesus when He was on the earth so not everyone will love you. Just stand, don't back down, don't let them get to you, because you have what they don't have. You have Jesus you saved you from your sins, who is always with you. So you are the winner, you are a winner when you have Jesus.
I hope that made sense. Keep living for Jesus y'all.
God bless you all,

God Gets The Glory, Not You

How are all you lovely people doing? I hope wonderful. I am fighting a cold right now but life is still good.
This morning I read my devotion like I do every morning and this was the Bible verse for it.
Colossians 3:17 - My Passion!:
Because of our sin nature we have this thing called pride. It kind of makes us boastful and makes us want people to look at us and to see what we have done but, that is wrong. Everything we do we are to lift God's name higher. He is to get credit. We are do His will with Him in mind to glorify. God saved you from eternal condemnation so you can do a little bit for Him by living and letting Him get the glory. Because say you gave money to someone, where did that money come from? God. Say you have the ability and talent to fix up houses so you help someone who has had some damage on their house, where you get that talent from? God. God gave you gifts spiritually and physically and what do you do with gifts? You use them usually for the purpose they are made for.
So, in whatever you do or say, make sure you aren't making everyone see how good and awesome you are, but how good and awesome God is.
God bless you all,
